Potato Head Beach Club makes its grandeur mark at one of Bali's prestige location surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and retail. "We wanted to create something original from Indonesia could be seen and enjoyed by the Indonesian and international audience. "There is definitely a personal touch to what we do. The menus in Potato Head bistro are based on nostalgic home recipes and personal memories from our travels. We put our own collection in the restaurant, from the artwork to the furniture. We want people to see that we put our soul into each projects and that we've invited them into our lives," added Ronald.
Known for its multi-cultural blend of gastronomy, libations and entertainment which imbues music, art and fashion at the same time, PHBC has given Bali and its visitors the best of island living with a memorable and fun experience.
Designed by acclaimed architect Andra Matin as a modern take on the Coliseum, the towering elliptical facade is crafted in Potato Head's seminal trademark of mismatched 18th century teak shutters collected from across the Indonesian archipelago. The beachfront bar and 500-square meter emerald lawn leading to an infinity pool is all housed inside a state-of-the-art amphitheater.
