There are certain international nightclubs in which fashion, music and networking are an intrinsic part of the club’s atmosphere.  This is true to both of this month’s featured chic venues.  Up to this point, Ruby Skye Nightclub in San Francisco and Eclipse Skybar in Phnom Penh have perhaps shared very little in common.
